An order request from a Mexican electronic equipment manufacturing company, the aluminum alloy connector used in the power connector of electronic equipment, chooses forged aluminum alloy #7075, this material is widely used in aerospace manufacturing accessories, with high hardness and very good resistance Corrosion performance, good mechanical properties and anodizing reaction.
The surface of the product is designed with American threads (#10-32 and 1/2-20 UNC), which are used for sealing and fixing respectively. The bottom is designed with three installation fixing notches and fixing pin holes to help fix the installation direction and ensure that the product remains stable during vibration.
The center is an induction bump with a height of 4.75mm±0.005mm, which can sensitively sense the detected data and give immediate feedback. An indicator hole is designed inside, on a circle with a radius of 15mm from the center. It is equipped with a cover, and a sealing groove with a depth of 2mm is designed inside to prevent the rubber sealing ring, which can effectively achieve (air/water) sealing.
