High-quality aviation aluminum alloy 7075 is required for overall processing, and the surface must not have any damage or burrs. Two molds are required to be combined The back gap is less than 0.1mm. The surface is subjected to colorless hard anodization of aluminum alloy, and the weight is controlled at 3KG±0.3kg. The surface is lightly polished after CNC machining to ensure the Ra0.4 finish inside the mold.
